5-star Rated Product!
Most calf housing on the market uses open-ended panels with stainless caps. Debris builds up inside them fast, and cleaning turns into hours of scraping every night. Our panel is sealed 100%, no open ends at all, so there's nowhere for it to collect.
The system is modular: every "L" is one panel, one front post, a head gate, a bottle holder, and a pail holder, priced at $575 per L. Start with a single unit, or build out a full row as your herd grows — as a rough guide, a 200-cow farm typically runs about 20 units, and a 500-cow farm about 40. The same modular design scales up to large beef barn installations too.

The side panels of our cubicles are 100% sealed with no open ends, so there's nowhere for debris to build up, unlike competitors' panels with stainless caps that trap it and mean significantly more cleaning. The frame is Canadian hot-dipped galvanized steel, and the top stays open so you can keep an eye on your calves' condition at a glance, something enclosed hutches don't allow.
The frame is Canadian steel, hot-dipped galvanized to hold up in wet dairy environments. The side panels are plastic (PVC), sturdy and durable, and designed to pop off easily so cleaning is quick.
Each panel is 96"L x 38"W x 2" thick PVC, with end caps. Every unit ("L") includes a headgate, post, hinges, slam latch, a pail holder, and a bottle holder. The cubicle is spacious enough to allow the calf to move around freely and lie down comfortably.
A completely galvanized front panel with a dual pail holder for feed and water access, plus a large square bottle holder. Each L also comes with the headgate, post, hinges, and slam latch needed to install it.
The open-top design keeps airflow moving through the cubicle and lets you check on your calf's condition easily, something you can't do with a fully enclosed hutch. The dual pail holder and bottle holder keep feed and water within easy reach, so your calf isn't struggling to access either.
Every unit is priced per "L" at $575, which includes the panel, front post, head gate, bottle holder, and pail holder. Building a row of 20, 30, or more is just that many L's.
It depends on herd size, as a rough guide, a 200-cow farm often orders around 20 units, and a 500-cow farm around 40.

If you want top notch workmanship, friendly & courteous staff, state of the art equipment, then this is the place to go! Living only minutes away for many years, I didn't realize that they offered custom work, steel sales & welding gas sales. This is now my "go to" spot.
They did a fantastic job on my railings and the turn around time was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend them.
