Our entire product line is manufactured with only Canadian steel. We are concentrated but not limited to the dairy industry. In the past we have worked on many non-dairy operations, produced packaging plants, engineered shelving for the manufacturing industry, conveyors, bridges – an endless list; we love a challenge.
With our 20 years of experience in the Dairy Stabling industry, we have an extensive range of cutting-edge products to offer.
The roots of our business go back to 2000 when Jake purchased a generator welder. He worked out of a small 20 x 20 garage, doing farm repair alongside a full-time job.
Seeing high maintenance issues with on-site welded metal at dairies, with two service vehicles on the road doing repairs, we launched our own line of modular, hot-dipped galvanized dairy stabling equipment.
In 2011, a 5000 sq. ft. expansion was made to the shop to meet the growing demand from the dairy industry because of our bolt-in dairy stabling and hoof trimmer.
In 2023, we expanded our facility by 13,500 sq. ft. to accommodate our full range of dairy products, including manufacturing, assembly, and a showroom for customer viewing.

Our pride and joy at Jake’s Welding is our ruggedly built hoof trimming system. Together with your advice and our expertise in manufacturing we took on the challenge of developing a cow treatment stall. We now have 3 models (in both manual and hydraulic configurations) to offer you. The installation process has been simplified so that it is easily manageable, even by the “do-it-yourselfer”.
